It's a niche style, originating from Osaka, and since becoming a recent fan of it I've noticed how hard it can be to find. The main concept is you have a choice between a handful of omakase courses. Dessert was yuzu panna cotta- I liked how it was not too sweet and the texture was smooth and almost creamy. The course ended up being a course when you add in the soup, apps, and dessert at the end. The real treat was watching Chef Ishizuka finesse each piece of sushi like art.

If you are a veteran sushi snob, you may find things to quibble about here, but overall I found it a delightful experience. We and most of the others at the counter went with the highest tier option.
